THE DIVE DEEP PROGRAMME
For many organizations it is a complex process to find the right balance between normal business operations and adjustments aimed at inclusion and disability. It requires a long-term and sincere commitment from you and your organization.
To take impactful steps in this matter, Break Free Academy offers three different innovative and interactive forms of training. Starting point is the reviting short film DIVE DEEP, produced by Break Free Films. The film focuses on themes that talk about mental health and intimacy, but above all about how to cope with disability. Our Inclusion Trajectory, Training Day or Inspiration Session offer practical tools to create a deeper understanding of these issues surrounding disability, and will promote inclusivity within your organization. All our training programs are offered by a team of skilled professionals who have a personal commitment to break the stigmas surrounding disability.
EXPERT TRAINERS
All of our trainers have been closely involved in the realization of DIVE DEEP. In addition to the filmmakers, Andries Hiskes PhD, an expert in social inclusion and senior lecturer at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, will also be conducting the training sessions. This presents a unique opportunity to learn from leading experts in the field of inclusion and disability management. Our trainers bring their extensive knowledge and experience to your organization, focusing on the tangible lessons from the film. Through their personal stories and years of experience, they are dedicated to preparing your organization for a more inclusive future.
